“I had shingles, so knowing that there's a vaccine for shingles, I was never not going to get the [COVID] vaccine. I have some pre existing illnesses, I lost my right eye as a result of shingles, so my belief is this: If there's something that's going to help me not contract this particular disease, I'm going to take it.

My son got it without any hesitation, and he's 49 years old, but what he experienced with COVID, he said he doesn't ever want to feel like that again.”
